Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@zero1bio.co.uk. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately. This ensures faster processing and availability of your desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
